We have cloudberry preserves, lingenberry preserves, Pearl sugar and Abba Fish balls, just to mention a few. We are a non-profit lodge and a large supplier of Scandivian foods for the Denver market. Volunteers staff our store. The profit from the sales goes to support our lodge.

Den Norske Butikken (gift store) carries imported food from Norway, such as canned fish of several kinds, King Oscar Sardines in oil and tomato sauce, and fish balls (Cod). We carry a full line of packaged Norwegian foods including dehydrated soups, gravies, salad mix and much more.

Directions and the list of ingredients in English are attached to the products. All our food from Norway is mainline name brands that are eaten every day in modern Norway. Some of our popular items are Bergensk Fiskesaus Fish Gravy Mix (# 3563), Lofoten Fiskesupp (fish soup) #5207, Mors Flatbrod (bread) #5247 and Kavli Crisbread (5 grain) #7552 which make a nice compliment served along with the soups. Hvit Saus #7658 a cream sauce is also a good seller.
