Returns and exchanges:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly issue a refund, facilitate an exchange or grant store credit. Norske Butikken will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label to cover the cost of your return. You must repackage the item as originally shipped, include the packing slip, adhere the return shipping label, and drop off the package at a UPS drop-off location. For the UPS drop-off location nearest you, visit www.ups.com As soon as Norske Butikken receives your return, we will send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund the charge to the purchaser's credit card as specified in your email.
